A Manchester children’s charity has revealed that Ariana Grande has made a generous donation this Christmas.

In May 2017, more than 800 people were wounded after the Manchester Arena was bombed in a terrorist attack following Ariana’s concert.

Although seven years have passed since the terror attack, Ariana has remained vocal about her support for the UK city, taking time to remember the families on the anniversary of the horrific event that killed 22 people.

In another gesture to the people of Manchester, the Wicked star has now made a donation to a children’s hospital for the festive season.

‘Thank you Ariana Grande! ✨✨✨,’ said Manchester Foundation Trust Charity on social media.

‘We are so grateful to Ariana for thinking of our young patients this Christmas. The gifts she has donated are being distributed to babies, children and teenagers across @RMCHosp, @TraffordHosp @WythenshaweHosp and @NorthMcrGH_NHS.’

‘Ariana’s kindness is truly heartwarming! It’s amazing to see her spreading love and joy to those who need it most this Christmas. What a beautiful gesture,’ said 5055Jasdev on X.

‘Ariana’s Christmas gifts will bring smiles to so many faces—such a heartwarming story,’ said tomona0121.

‘Such a thoughtful gesture for the young patients in Manchester,’ said RobJohn81375888.

Shortly after the bombing, Ariana returned to Manchester for the One Love benefit concert.

The proceeds of the concert went to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, which the Manchester City Council and the British Red Cross established.

Ariana has been in the press recently due to her showstopping performance as Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked. It was on this production that she met her boyfriend Ethan Slater.

Just a few days ago Ethan’s ex-wife Lilly Jay spoke out about her ex-husband’s relationship with Ariana.

Both Ariana and Ethan claim they were single when they started dating, but Lilly seemed to refute these claims when she slammed the Thank u Next as ‘not a girl’s girl’ and making her family ‘collateral damage.’

In an essay for The Cut, Lilly detailed: ‘I really never thought I would get divorced.

‘Especially not just after giving birth to my first child and especially not in the shadow of my husband’s new relationship with a celebrity.’
